DECA Meeting 9/30

There will be a DECA meeting today, 9/30. Join us in room 510 to discuss this year's competition options! Remember, the DECA Registration form and check are due today. Keep an eye on the DECA Google Classroom for important updates. We look forward to seeing you there!

Activity Day - 10/1

Tuesday, October 1st is an Activty Day. During period 2A, school counselors will meet with sophomores to discuss the PreACT. During period 2B, school counselors will meet with juniors to discuss the PSAT. Please see your counselor for the meeting location.

Jewish Student Union - 10/2

The Jewish Student Union will be holding its first club meeting on October 2nd in room 313 (annex).  If you are interested in learning more about the Jewish/Israeli culture and participate in a safe space to discuss any forms of anti-Semitism, please come join!

Youth Academy - 10/10

Interested in the law or law enforcement? The Clarkstown Police Youth Academy fall class is expected to begin October 10th and is accepting applications. See Officer Vejnoska (room 406) jvejnoska@ccsd.edu or Officer Woulfe (room 179) cwoulfe@ccsd.edu for info and applications.

Homecoming Dance Tickets

Ticket sales for the Homecoming Dance begin for Seniors on October 7th and open up to all students on October 10th. Tickets cost $40 which can be in cash or a check made out to CHSN. Bring your permission slip along with $40 to the school store during periods 4-6.

Math Honor Society Application

Attention math students enrolled in Algebra 2R or higher. If you have a 90 or higher average in your math classes, you may be eligible for Mu Alpha Theta, the math honor society.  See your math teacher or the math department web page for additional details.
